The Challenge

The client came to us with a vision of an intelligent, hands-off assistant that could take care of the day-to-day admin tasks clogging up their time. They were juggling a stream of emails, document processing, CRM notes, business development outreach and job postings – all of which pulled them away from actually growing the business.

What We Built

We developed a comprehensive AI Admin Assistant which could receive text and voice commands to:

     

      • Automatically create, update and delete calendar events syncing with the client’s Google Calendar and suggesting available times.

      • Send emails, summarise unread emails, and automatically flag urgent ones as they came in.

      • Log client notes and updates in CRM databases.

      • Find and enrich contact information for user-defined targets with Apollo and construct personalised emails for outreach.

      • Takes job specs, rewrites them in a standardised format and posts them to LinkedIn.

      • Formats and summaries any PDF document into the company style.

    The Impact

    The client now has AI connected to their internal systems and trained in line with their processes, like their own personal assistant working behind the scenes. The assistant saves them hours every week; tasks that used to require constant attention are now completed automatically, and the client can focus on higher-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.
