The Challenge

The client had noticed a dip in sales at two of their most important locations. They knew there were plenty of opportunities in the pipeline: past customers, recent enquiries, and nearby businesses — but their sales team didn’t have the time or tools to follow up at scale.

They came to us with a straightforward goal: get more people through the door and drive more revenue — without putting more pressure on the team.

What We Built

We designed and deployed a two-part automation system aimed at both re-engaging past customers and finding new leads:

    1. Past Customer Reactivation
      We started by enriching a database of previous customers using third-party enrichment tools.
      We then segmented and prioritised customers based on value and history.
      From there, we launched outreach via SMS and email and built logic to auto-log responses and notify the sales team in real time when someone engaged.

    1. New Customer Discovery & Outreach
      We scraped and imported leads from platforms like Google Maps, Yelp, and Houzz.
      Then we enriched and cleaned the data to make it ready for outreach.
      We automated outbound messaging across SMS, email, and LinkedIn, with follow-up logic and contact routing to ensure that all replies, in any channel, went directly to the sales team to book appointments or continue conversations.

The Impact

In just a few weeks, the team was reconnected with dozens of past clients and had a steady stream of new leads in their pipeline — all without lifting a finger.  Every reply was routed directly to their team in real time, so no opportunities were lost.

The result? Increased foot traffic, faster conversations, and a lot less manual work.
